Default Wierd misfire

Getting a # 4 misfire on my 6 cyl, 96 s blazer 4x4. new dist, new cap, rotor, all high end stuff from Napa no cheap parts here. @ 2000 mis on plugs, wires and coil. I wired it to the TSB.

Been scratching my head over this one. Last night I popped the hood and I could actually see the spark traveling through the # 4 wire kind of looked like the electricity in a plasma ball. I could even see it traveling through the top of the cap. I'm brave so I ran the wire through my hand from cap to plug did not get shocked so it isn't leaking the voltage.

What's going on? Anyone have experience with this?

I really prefer not to throw more money at it without knowing why. $30 here $50 there is starting to add up. I am going to get another plug anyway.

Well it was the plug. Must have failed internally.
