Will this hurt anything?

im not so sure how this happened... who ever did the tune up last crossed the wires. i could always fight with the plastic clip for 10 minutes and get the wires rearranged, but if this wont hurt anything i wont. wires are AC Delco so i know they are well insulated

Why not pull the wire off the plug & flip it around, then pull the excess length back through the clip towards the distributor?

yeah thats probably what ill do, its twisted further up to do i have to take the clip off and un twist it. i think they did that to take up slack. Just didnt know if AC Delco had arcing problems through the wires like some people have experienced.

As Kyle mentioned, untangle the mess. You're asking for crossfire problems, even with good AC Delco wires.
