window lift motor
Isn't it covered in the hanyes/Chilton manual?
Its been a while since I did one, but if memory serves me correct you need to duct tape your window in teh up position. Drill out the rivets (might have to drill through door skin) holding the motor in place, take out the old and put in the new. The new should come with bolts and lock washers, use a little thread locker too.
