Window and Wiper

Window and Wiper
Two questions for my 1995 chevy blazer.
1.) In the summertime,I was on the freeway with the window down, and when I stated winding it back up (power windows), the window came up crooked. As a desperate fix, when I got stopped at the off-ramp, I forced the window straight and winded it up. Ever since then, the power window wont work. My step-dad thinks the motor's out of it, I just think the damn window's crooked and stuck in it. Suggestions?
2.) Ever since I bought it, the back windshield wiper won't work. When I turn it on, the blade stays in position, but vibrates and bangs off the window. Anybody have any clue on the problem there???
Thanks for the help folks.

RE: Window and Wiper
(1) You need to remove the trim panel to check the reason for the window not going up straight. The bolts that hold the front or rear guide tracks may have come loose and caused the window to come up crooked.
(2) The splines on the wiper motor may be stripped. You need to remove the wiper arm and see if the motor works and to see if the splines are stripped.
