Neither of the pumps on the reservoir bottle will operate. I am sure it must be a fuse, but the owners manual doesn't list a fuse for that system. Does anyone have ant suggestions as to the fuse location or any other thing that could cause it not to function?

I wouldn't necessarily assume it's a fuse. If you have a test light or a voltmeter, test for voltage at the pump connector when you hit the switch.
