Unhappy Windshield Wiper argh!!

Hey guys, my Blazer just failed inspection because when my wiper blade switch is put in the off postition, it keeps going for a few more rounds. I thought it could be the relay, but found out that there is no relay for it. I think it may be the switch itself, but am not sure. Any help here? thanks ahead of time.

These things are known for having cold or broken solder joints on the circuit board: Buy Dorman - Help Wiper Motor Pulse Board 88136 at Advance Auto Parts

Some people take them out and re-solder them with decent results. I usually replace them, they have a lifetime warranty so if they fail again, replace it. Takes 10 minutes... it's located on the wiper motor, under the hood, driver side.
