Windshield Wiping fluid leaking

I have a 2001 Blazer LS it is leaking washer fluid in the driving side rear. It leaks whenever iactivate the windshield wipers and no fluids releases on the rear wiper just the front wipers.I need some suggestions on fixing this problem

Check the rubber hose connections and condition for the rear wiper. Mine had slipped loose awhile back and was leaking.
