The wipers quit working along with the blower motor. All fuses are good. Disconnected the wiper motor and the blower started working. Can't figure that one out.
How can I test the wiper motor? Is the blower motor still good? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Looking at the brake booster, look to the right. Near the top left corner of the cruise control module slightly above it and to the left is a bolt grounding a black wire coming out of the big harness. Check that, it's the ground for both of those motors.
