I have a 1995 Blazer Lt. I have read that the wiper motor circut boards are a fault , but i am having a weird issue, when i turn on the wipers they will go slow then to normal speed but at the same time when i switch my wipers on, my overhead display in the console above, and my stereo shuts off.. Anybody think it could be caused by the circut board in the wiper motor?
