I've ripped the dash off once before to replace the heater core. Don't feel like tearing the whole thing apart to get to the Pulse Module, if I don't have to of course. Could someone tell me the location of this thing so I can remove it with minimal invasion of the dash?

 

It's actually located on the wiper motor (under the hood).
If you look under the DIY tech articles on this forum you'll find a article on re-soldering the pulse board but it also shows you the location.
I changed mine a while back and it's really easy.
