I have purchased four replacement key fobs in the past year and after a short time they just stop working. When they do work it's intermittently. The problem is if I lock it when I get out and use the key to unlock it the alarm goes off untill I get it started. Is there any way to disable the alarm? I don't mind using the key to unlock the truck. Any help would be appreciated.

 

That's normal, I think. Mine does the same thing. That only means the key doesn't disable the alarm.
