Just recently I have been experiencing problems with my wipers. For a while they would workevery now and then, but now they dont work at all. I was just wondering what the problem could be.

Do a search on wiper motor. There is a thread with photos that explains one of the possible problems with our motors...and it is a simple fix if you know how to work a soldering iron.

My 98 Blazer did the same thing. I replaced the wiper pulse circuit board (think that's what it's called) and all is well.

Only cost about $20.00 and took about 45 minutes-very easy.

My step-son has a 2000 S-10 Extreme and his driver's side wiper completely took a dump. All it took to was a washer and a cotter pin. Just had to remove the valence panel to get to it.
