Default Wires under front seats?

So I was cleaning out my car the other day when I noticed that there are wires under my front two seats with a connector on the end but the end piece is not connected to anything. Can anybody tell me what these wires are for because I dont have power seats or leather they are just regular seats so I have no idea why any electrical wires would be connected to them.

I believe their are sensors in the seats/seatbelts for the "fasten Seat Belt" light that illuminates on the dash. On some later models it also turns the passenger side airbag on or off depending on the weight of the occupant.

On my connector, 2 wires for the power seat and 2 for the seatbelt. I have seen some models in the junkyard where the wire harness was installed, but only had manual seats.
