wiring 1997 jimmy battery block

Ok, that makes sense. The junction block gets power from the back of the alternator through a fusible link. All of the wires that attach to the junction are battery feeds to different circuits, and each one has a fusible link. There should be a total of 6 wires and it doesn't matter which wires goes to each stud, all of the studs should have battery voltage at all times. One of the wires goes to the PCM which may be why it wouldn't start.

Does the PCM have to be Reflashed once these wires are replaced? Or does he have to go through the start up proceedure for the PCM? Any way to tell if the PCM is bad? thanks for the help on this

Nope the pcm should be just fine. Its like disconnecting your battery and plugging it back in

Ok guys good news, put the wires on the block and after sitting for over a year and a few jumps from my F150 truck started up and ran fine.Thanks for all the help on this one. Special thanks to Captain Hook
