bah nothing a well stocked dump pouch and a 5.56 can't hold off even if the Z. A. kicks off. Fight em off a bit, fix rack, load and roll to safety

That turned out pretty cool. I mysled bought some 1" square tubing and made the mounts to replace the stock rack completly. Just needing to rhino line it before I post pics, I think you all will love it.

So I said I built mine and just needed to line it. Well I bought herculiner and I coudnt be happier with the way it turned out... Heres a pic of it mounted... There are more in my album with close ups of the liner....

Very nice! I think I will attempt this soon as well. Maybe a bit lower profile though, and some grating on the bottom for smaller items. Looks great!

I don"t have a welder, so how could you get around that issue and still make it strong? I does look awsome though.

the only thing i can think of is using bolts at the connections...i think however they might wear the holes eventually. check pic for what i was thinking.

jb weld maybe? again...long term i dont think either will hold up.
