heres a tough one...i bought a lowered 2003 2 door 4x4 blazer...i know its lowered with blocks in the back, not too sure what its lowered with in front. Went to a off road shop today and the guy said it needs new torsion keys because the original owner put in lowering ones...i came up and did a quick torsion bar cranking myself and got lift out of it...how do i tell if the torsion key is the original one or a lowered one? How far up into the key should the bolts be? Any pictures of before and after torsion bar cranks of the actual bolt u turn?

Usually there's about 3/4" from the head of the adjuster bolt to where it threads into the adjuster. If you bring your RPO codes to a GM dealer, they can figure out what keys are supposed to be in there.

is the 3/4" at stock height or after the lift?

After front chassis ride height is within factory spec, it should be about 3/4".

Can ne 1 tell me what the difference in the ZR2 suspension to a LS 4x4 suspension is? Is there alot of different parts used to get a higher ride height on the ZR2?

There are several differences in parts, the main one being the frame.

Oh i guess that is a huge difference if its a whole different frame. I was thinking more like different springs and torsion bars.
