1993 blazer sub question
Those are actually pretty good subs but the price that they have on them is kinda high, 94 db at 1att/ 1 meter is respectable but to get those to pound you need very clean sound, preferebly a 4-5 volt preamp on your headunit and count on shelling mucho dinero on a good amp or they will lack in response.also download blaubox or a comparible box calculater to determine the right box size.dont count on a aftermarket box to be right, they are mass produced for average speaker size and dont take into account the speakers mass(displacement)this makes all the difference when it comes to a good system and a great system.
Oh and i dont know how you plan on mounting the amp,but please dont mount it to the friggin box like some that i have been seeing on here.the vibrations that a box generates with destroy the integrity of the amps internals.just an fyi in case because mounting locations are kinda limited in blazers.

now that is a great example of how to properly mount your amp or amps.good job unlimitedsp!i have a pic of my mustang's system that i did as my first professional job back in the 90's tell me what you think.please remember i was a noob and still learning but the hardest part was porting under the convertible top,god it was a nightmare!
