'97 blazer speaker/amp trouble

I'm having a problem with the speakers in my 97 4dr blazer... the front right channel works all the time, but the other 3 directions are only there part time... The funny part is, they come on as im driving, always in the same order... first rear right, then rear left, then finally, if im lucky, front left... I figured it was the factory stereo causing problems, and was planning on swapping it anyways, but it still does it even with the new alpine deck. I'v heard a couple of other ppl with similar problems, but the only answers to them are blown speaker/loose wire stuff... If that was the case, i cant see them starting up the way they do.... Oh, and they seem more likely to work when its warm in the vehicle (end of the day sitting in the sun)

I pulled the drivers door apart while that speaker was dead... BOTH wires leading to the speaker are hot constantly... isn't one of them supposed to be a ground?? the speaker is mounted in a plastic cone/bracket, so it isnt frame grounded.... All other speakers were working today, so was unable to test other ones for the same thing...
