I have a 98 4x4 and i dont know what instillation kit i am to buy to upgrade my stereo. I was told i have a "1.5 din" radio and need a kit that will let me put a single din stereo in. If anyone can help me please let me know

 

just go to
Crutchfield.com and go to car audio and gps and click outfit my vehicle type in your information and do a search for dash kits. Or give them a call and they can tell you what you need to make it work.

you do have a din and a half radio, i think it was like 02 that the blazer switched to a double din. in my 04 its a double but i'm running a single din in it which isn't bad bad does look slightly out of place.. off topic i know.

do you know where to get one with like that lil area underneath so u cna put stuff in like a remote. If anyone knows where to get one with that let me know

 

the pocket? thats something to ask at best buy or somewhere similar. i've never had the pocket in any of my cars or installations. i personally don't see the point when you have 2 cupholders, the little area for change and what not in front of that, and everything else. but thats just me
