Amp installation 98 Blazer
I have two amps I'd like to install in my 98 Blazer, an old Sonny XM 4045 to drive the speakers and a Kenwood KAC-X201T to drive a Bazookatube subwoofer. Anyone have any good mounting ideas? Not enough room under the seats!

if you look around the forum and use the search key you'll see what a lot of us did in this "dilemma"

It all depends on how far you're willing to go. I drew this up on what I'll be doing on my Jimmy, though I've changed it up a little since I drew it, it should still be pretty neat. It all comes down to your imagination, fabrication and installation skills.

the only reason for my slightly smart *** remark is because of how many times this has been asked

I didn't think it was a smart *** remark, I see/answer questions like this all the time whether it's the first one or the millionth. Guess I'm kinda immune to getting tired of them since I get them ALL the time here locally with the car club. Thanks for the comments on the drawings tho guys. To the OP, sorry for the little thread jack.

This is what I have now with my amps mounted on each side of the trunk. Had to build an amp rack for the mono block was too big to fit in between the wheel well and the back of the trunk
This is when I had my rockford amp and it was small enough to mount between the wheel well and back of the trunk
or the easiest way to mount the amps is like this which is a popular place
