atleast $350 FGing isnt cheap to buy custom made. Its much easier and cheaper to do it yourself.

I think the only problem right now is that i dont have a router to make nice rings.... will a jigsaw work?

yes a jigsaw will work. You dont need a router - its just a nicety. I barely use my router for circles unless you will actually see them. Its a pain in the ****.

Okay.. im gonna try it. I've seen some people take the panel off and duct tape the floor then pour some resin to make a form... is this a better way than using the panel itself as a template to build off of?

Just as another option I think Q-Logic makes kick panels, check crutchfield.

I have heard by several sources that they are no good... ??? I paid like $10 for fiberglass and stuff, so i'll just give it a try.

qforms are not worth the money. The plastic flexes a lot which effects the sound. Fiberglass is easy to repair should something happen.

Lookin good so far bob... Have you tested to see if the foot brake will clear?

yep yep. otherwise I would have angled them MUCH differently. They are pretty much teh same design as the qlogic qform kicks but built much stronger.
