Default bass blockers

Where could a guy find some bass blockers? im guessing just go to a local shop and ask........Do they just get wired inline with the speakers? My passenger dash tweeter sometimes, pretty rare makes noise, and i was wondering if i put some bass blockers on if it would just dissapear. BUT these speakers have a seperate mid and tweet, will it still block the bass from going to the 4" mid?
Or better yet can i just put a crossover on them?
and how much could i expect for the install....
