Audio/Video Electronics Wired up? If you have some sort of A/V modification let's hear about it here. Discussion of stock electrical problems should be done in the 'Lighting & Electrical' section.

Best way to (speaker) run wire to amp?

The one I remember was a pawnshop Craig underdash FM-8-track with a Craig Powerplay Booster driving Jensen Triaxials mounted in the rear deck of my 57 Chevy. I thought it sounded pretty good, and it did for the time (1975). With 8-tracks you had to have a matchbook handy and you always had to move a couple of 8-track cases around to get prople in the car. Now I have 40GB of MP3s on a flash drive in the glovebox (rear USB) and I answer my phone through the car stereo. I played a CD on it once.

Lesmyre - Intill you mentioned it I had forgot about the magical book of matches inserted in just right between the tape and deck to get the tape too play and the fact that if it wasn't right the 50+ feet of tape that unwound inside the unit - if you was lucky it didn't break and after a little effort it could be spun back into the case
