my 2003 zr2 has a blown speaker in the passenger door and i need to know what to get to replace it with

were can i find a stock one and how easy would it be to replace?

easy take off door panel......im not sure but zr2 speakers are prob same as blazer so im guessing a 6.5

yep, it is a 6.5 someone who has recently replaced their speakers might have one still in working condition. two 10mm bolts under door pull. one screw by locking mechanism, lift up the front edge of your power center (part with switches) and unplug them. Start at the bottom of the door and pry the door panel away from the actual door. Pretty easy.

I would just go replace them with aftermarket. cna have decent if not really nice speakers for less than 75 bucks.

lol i just found out that they actualy arent blown and that theres like a plastic screw or something thats jumping around in there

how do i take off the cover so i can get to it?

Unfortunately there is no way to remove that grill on the door. It is actually molded to the door panel. So to check the speaker you will have to remove the door panel. I believe Hillbilly explained how to do that in the post above..
