Does anyone know of a way to bypass the whole light sensors to allow the driver the ability to manually turn his lights to an "off" position somehow. Or wiring up a way that I can flip a switch to turn them off?

do you have a bypass light for your interior lights? i found on mine that if you leave the light switch off and hit the bypass button rapidly like 2 or 4 times then the lights will shut off and you have control weather or not you want the lights on

Hillbilly your just made to be my buddy! lol. Thanks for the link bro.
eshballa: thanks for the info dude!
I don't care about disabiling them all the time, its just sometimes I want to be able to turn them off (when we, we being teenagers, are doing stupid stuff with other friends vehicles). So if pushing it 3 times works then great!
Thanks to both of you I am content and happy.

All you need to do is pull the RF stereo speaker grille, unplug the electric eye sensor and insert a resistor into the connector. Then the light sensor thinks it's always daylight and you can run your headlights manually. I don't remember the resistance but a bit of searching online and you'll find it. Probably something like 20K ohms. The resistors are under a buck at Radio Shack.
Also, if you study the wiring diagrams you can pull the DRL relay under the hood and jumper across two contacts it leaves open to maintain full headlight functionality. I did this for a while, but then decided I was probably safer with the DRLs than without them, so I pulled the jumper out and re-installed the relay.
