Default Car audio sugestions

Ok my friend is looking to upgrade the speakers in his 04 grand prix. He doesnt want to spend a whole lot. Around 150-200 for 4 speakers. I dont think he will need an amp but im not sure. He needs 6.5 for the front and 6x9s for the rear. Also for this price is it even possible to get something better than the stock monsoon setup? This is the deck he has http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1209772210601
