Default Custom 2dr trunk questions

i have a 2004 2dr blazer and was curious as to how people got their huge enclosures in the trunk.

I'm in the process of making a false floor so that i can create a barrier between my system and the little space left over for my work tools and have issues getting the platform in. I see 01vortec has his huge box with RE subs in it and want to have a side to side setup similar.

Sorry if its vague, i'm not the greatest at explaining what i visualize in my head.

mine is just a box with baffles made to cover the sides and top.

heres a pic to better explain it

you can see the two peice baffle on top and the two side peices on the back side. the hardest part was cutting the top to the contours of the window trim as it rests right up against that and 1/2 inch away from the window glass.

im sure it can be done in a 2dr but ive never looked inside one

ok, sorry bob. rear end, the boot, and so forth. out of habit i still call it trunk. and yes, i know i can build it in the vehicle but i'd rather do most of that outside and then put it in.

i plan on making "beauty panels" now just because its easier.... thanks 01vortec, i kind of assumed yours was set up like that but i wasn't sure. great looking truck btw
