good compared to what? in terms of sound quality, oval speakers will never sound good, especially crammed up tight against a windshield. The brand name isnt horrible if that is what you are wondering.

well I know their good compared to stock but they arent considered an oval speakers right? because it has a seperate woofer and tweeter? I was looking something loud from these I have mids in the back and subs will come eventually.

woops! That will teach me to reply without clicking on the link first haha. Correct you are, they are not oval speakers. However, the term loud is very subjective. They will get louder than stock guaranteed. But depending on the number and sizes of the subs you want to add, chances are they will have a hard time keeping up based on their small size. That little 4" is also guaranteed to have poor midbass response. Without going custom kick panels or door pods, that is one of your best options. I personally would have chosen the alpine version but thats just me.

I got the speakers and installed them. As much as crutchfield say they fit fine they dont. The left speaker fit fine, but the right speaker over the glovebox I had problems with, its not deep enough. The speaker can be mounted only one way and you have to force it down while you screw the plastic piece on for the dash. Great speakers though very loud, just wish they came with some hardware.
