DVD HU capable of GPS navigation????

I have the following DVD HU Reciever. I was wondering if its capable of Navigation use? Like does sirus or xm radio or any of those offer navigation services? Because I thought I saw somewhere you could do this?

Ive never heard of that brand nor have I heard of XM or Sirius offering GPS services.
