Does anyone know how to wire a switch that turns your subs on and offusing a toggle switch?????
I saw one on myfriends truck its real usefull when u want to turn off your subs and have just the music playing.

just go to autozone or radio shack, but a 2 wire toggle swtitch. grab your remote wire under the dash, cut it in half, put one wire from switch to each side of the cut remote wire. mount wherever you want!

Do you have the factory hu or aftermarket? A lot of aftermarket radios have that function already built in.

yah usually if you connect your subs through a sub out connection, you change the volume of them from within the deck , obviously down to off or att in most cases

I agree, since i intalled something just like it I'm able to shut off my subs in the matter of a split second. With my deck it takes about 2 which is just enough time for that cop to find out which car is beating.

i was going to do that but i got the bass remote with my new amp and when you turn it down itwillclick and it kill the power for me so i didnt have to bother with it
