Default HID Problem

Hey yall, I just installed HID's in my blazerbut only one at a time wants to work. If I play with the high beams when it goes back to low beams a different side will start working. The truck doesn't run at the moment but I have a freshly charged battery and jump box attached to it as well. Does anyone have any ideas?
