Me and ditts have both made this reccommendation to you.... CADENCE

TRUST ME I have heard one pushing a 12" FI q and it was amazing. They are rated at 1000w at 13.8v (most companies test at 14.4v), but will most likely bench at ~1200w. For $400 you could have 2 strapped... The hifonics you have mentioned are OK... but that's about it. Same company that makes crunch amps among others. You could also look into MTX as there are putting out a really nice product lately.

Yeah, the problem with strapping 2 is 400$ plus shipping leaves me with less than $100, which is rough, and..money sucks. Argh. I'll prob stick with Cadence though. Anyway. I'll order them tomorrow morning, but I looked at MTX and they have great subs, but everything is so expensive. I just want enough money so I don't go broke after the purchase and then blow another paycheck on cables and wires and stuff, but it's been way too long and I've been holding this project off for months. My friend expects me to give him $175 for Subway series tickets for Mets vs Yanks, and I told him I might not have that money. :P
Anyway, I prob will get those Cadence. I put them on my favs so I could always go back to them and buy them if I didn't get the Hifonics, but I've heard people running 15" Kickers on Hifonics and putting out some good sound. But 2 Cadences sound good.

However, this thread isn't about me learning RMS like the other thread I posted, this thread was about the Hifonics BxI2407, and seeing if it was gonna be too much on my battery, as I said. So sorry for any inconvenience with me being thick-headed, but I'm trying to learn without blowing my battery out.

The thing I'm also thinking about is I'm probably joining the Marines in May, so I might really never use this stuff anymore and it might be a waste of money [sm=lol.gif]
My friend who's in basic training for the Marines right now sold his car. I'd like to make extra cash off my Blazer, but I'm not sure yet.
