You can buy pre-made relay kits on Ebay. A few guys on here purchased them and had no issues.

Cool Looks good. By why did you do the HID upgrade in only the high beams? Don't HID's not like turning on and off fast? Just wondering why you didnt do the low beams instead or in addition.

I didn't do the low beams because they are illegal in NC. Theres not regulations as far as I could tell with the high beams. With the lows, you cant exceed 2000 lumens. If I were to get HIDs for the lows, they would be around 2900 lumens. Once the ballast is warm, the ignitions don't take as much toll on the system, and with my driving, its mostly country roads with little traffic, so I may only turn them on and off about 4-5 times before I get where I'm going.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I guess it would be a good thing to checkout the legallities of this, before you buy them. Might want to add a disclamier about that.

Bulb ignition can draw 20 amps... Depending on how efficient the ballasts are.
I like Canada's lighting laws... Basically, so long as you're not blinding people, it's legal
I'd look into a pre-made relay... Wiring the lights on these things is a PITA.
Just remember to give a few seconds before you fire it up again... The bulbs don't like a hot re-strike.

Got a ?...... Can you change bulbs and change K, or do you have to switch ballasts as well? Later on, and if these bulbsdon't last,I may go down to 4300K

The signs blind me if you know what I mean....lol Hella bright. I love them. I was driving home from my gf's house last night and it was unbeleivable!
