Me and my dad ran the cord ourselves. Through the fire wall (hole has a gromet in it to protect the cord), then it goes under the door jams and up from under the seats.

I emailed them so hopefully by tomorrow ill be able to send it in if its under warranty.

Alright good deal. Hate to hear your having amp problems. That's still weird, but at least you used a fuse in your power wire. I've seen some people not and I've seen melted wires, burnt carpet, shorted electrical. Hope it gets resolved quick and keep us updated.

Well after 4 emails i finally got ahold of someone. He says is i try a 150 amp fuse and it blows, then we can service the amp. I tried to explain that it ran fine with a 100 amp fuse for months, there is no reason it would break fuses in a couple seconds now.

I went to a auto part store to find a fuse. Told the guy my story and he agrees. They didnt even carry 150 amp fuses. So now im going to call tomorrow and hopefully get somewhere.

Good luck with that, i love the BS the people give you when their product fails. "I mean, obviously its your fault the brakes failed, you're driving a toyota."... something my buddies shop has posted all over the place

What kind of fuse do you have? Is it the ANL style that have the dual prongs on each end, or the MAXI kind that have dual prongs on the bottom and look like what you'd find in your fuse box? If it's the MAXI kind, don't make a special trip, but if you find yourself up there see if walmart has a 150 amp. I know they carry up to a 100 amp, but can't remember if they go higher or not. Recently installed a sub and amp in a buddies truck and used the wire left over from the previous owner and the power wire had no fuse so I had to run up walmart and get a fuse holder and fuse for it. So I know they have the 100 amp.
