Ok so ive ran into the problem that it seems many of you have run into with the bose system and no sound coming out of the component speakers. I couldnt really tell what to do with the wiring diagrams that ive seen posted. And i realized that many of you, after solving the problem lost your bass because you bypass the factory amp. So what I did was wired the remote power wire from my aftermarket head unit to my aftermarket amp like normal, and then I also wired in the factory amp. This solves the problem with the door speakers and also allows me to retain the better sound of the factory amp, but right after my install i realized that my factory amp was stealing my subs power. So i just crimped my aftermarket radios remote power wire to my aftermarket amp wire, and then spliced the factory amp wire into the remote wire before the crimp. This definitely helped as my sub hits decent now, but it isnt quite the output i hear when my component speakers are unconnected. It is still stealing power but it is tolerable as i still have a decent amount of bass through my 15 " sub. But If anyone has an idea of how I could completely solve this problem I would be very happy. Thanks

Not really going to fix the problem, but you might as well just run all new wire and throw out the stock crap.

That's what I did.
