Audio/Video Electronics Wired up? If you have some sort of A/V modification let's hear about it here. Discussion of stock electrical problems should be done in the 'Lighting & Electrical' section.

Default Installed stereo, rear speakers dont work.

I just installed a new stereo in my blazer. Stock speakers, just a new CD/mp3 player.

The rear speakers are having problems. THe back left has sound, but its very faint, and the back right has no sound at all. The front speakers are working perfectly.

When I put the harness together, I soldered and shrink wrapped the cables so I don't think that would be the problem. Do these cars have an amp for the rear speakers? I never hooked up the "remote" wire, I didn't see it on the harness I bought.

Your rear speakers may be blown. They're paper coned speakers and will wear out over time. If you're looking for some decent speakers, go to WalMart. I got 4 Pioneer 2 way 6.5s for about 80 dollars, they sound great.
