RE: Kicker Comps
yeah i to think that would be to much power for the comps. If you like kicker i would stop up to the comp vr. only a little bit more but they'll take the power and don't sound bad at all.

The Kicker Comps are nice for tight bass, if you want more bass you might want to try some compvr's. Yea hifonics amps are good for the money.

RE: Kicker Comps
I have compvrs, they are good. I have never heard anything else and can imagine there is better. But these subs can make my head ache, and my ear drums throb. Thats good enough for me.

RE: Kicker Comps
How much are you buying the subs for? I would go with the r's myself.

RE: Kicker Comps
The dude wants 240 for 2 10" Kicker Comps
And 400 for 2 10" Kicker CVR's
Might as well do the type R's for 250 a piece

Looking on that carstereo site and that **** is way cheaper then anything around here, anyone know how much shipping would cost for subwoofers coming over here?

$250 type r new local + tax?? If so I'm not too sure what online vendor to go with. Like I said, I've got pretty much everything off ebay. Shipping should be about $70-$100 US for 2 12's.

My cvr's beat the crap out of the r's . My opinion.
