Where can I find the OEM radio volume **** as well as the four buttons that go over the fade, balance, bass, treble?

Why the OEM? well, I wanted to keep it totally stock and besides, the Delco sounds fine for me. Have an aftermarket Alpine AM/FM/XM/CD that I thought about installing but changed my mind and am going to sell the Alpine.

It may be easier to try and find an entire Delco deck and replace the whole thing. I'd say head to a junk yard and find one. You could try ebay also as mentioned.

X2 on the wreckers. besides, if you find one in the truck still, chances are that it'll be broken (somehow), since most people (kids?) these days break whatever is in their way to get at what they want.
if you happen across the same deck, and it's damaged, chances are you'll get the ***** for free (that's how it is @ the ones i frequent on a regular basis).
good luck.
