Need Sub Box

Hey i need a new sub box, but im not sure exacly what i need for specs, sizes and such, i want it to be as loud as possible with my 2 12's, is there anyone here who can build me a box? if so how cheap?

you cant design an enclosure without the specs. Atleast not if you want it to sound right. What subs are you planning on using?
