i acually thought about that, but seriously i dont know if i would have enough time to pull it off without them knowing really, because yesterday we were swamped with people, had to install 8 alarms, 3 head units, and 2 "simple" systems.

Not having it COMPLETELY done bumping away...
ofcourse not. It should only take you a couple hours to get all the wood cut, routered, and glued/nailed together. If you are only carpeting the box, that will be another 15 minutes tops. Drying time is a bit longer but I dont count that as part of the building time because you dont actually have to do anything during that time.
