im not to worried about supplying power. I have the 2000 watt 2 channel in now and ordered a 2 channel 2600 amp on saturday. this new amp is hard core. that 2600 watts i can bridge into one channel, is at 4 ohm. i can still take it into 2 ohm if i'd like. It should make for some fun.

Its a Pyramid PB2600. I know that pyramid gets a lot of bad reviews. But i know a guy that bought 2 of these for his ride. he put them in and they hit so hard. he had a 12 inch 2200 watt on each and it was hard core. Hit harder than the 4 12's im running now. He had his audio shop test it at 2800 something at 14.4 volts, in 4 ohm. He had his for about 2 years now so it seems tried and true. plus i got a killer deal on it. I will let you all know after i blow all my speakers.

for a nice test, im thinking of hooking a 8 inch sub for 200 watts bridged over the 2600 watts and taping the fun. What ya think? Should that blow it?

i should hook up the 8 inch 200 watt sub to the 2600 watt amp bridged and fully powered then burp it at 20 hz for about 15 seconds (if it lasts that long). i have the 20 hz track, and i will get video no worrys.
