Default OEM Clock keeps resetting

Hey guys, haven't been on in quite a while. Lately I've been noticing that my clock on my radio(stock radio) keeps resetting. It's been doing it a LOT lately, but the only recent work done on it is the distributor shorted out twice. The first time-put in a new distributor and kept on the old cap and rotor. Second time, put on a new AC Delco cap and rotor. But I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with the radio-would it? Also, I've been noticing for a while that my rear window wiper motor has been starting to glitch on it's own a little. I'm not sure when though because I only notice it when I go to open the back glass and have to lift the arm out of the way. Any clue what that may be or if it's related to the issue with the radio? 04 blazer with about 124,000 miles on it. I did a quick search on this and didn't notice anything so sorry if this has been brought up before.

Do a tug, rap and tap test on the wiring harnesses under your dash.

And on the I/p and underhood fuse block.

Yea, the wires seem alright. I'm wondering if something done with that distributer could be causing too much of a draw or some how cut power to the battery when the starter is cranking. I'm not really sure though. Or maybe the radio is just on it's way out.
