oh i need me some help
So let me get this straight... You want to have your fog lights powered whenever your high beams are on? Not sure of why, but a simple test light with the high beams on will tell you which wire is the +12V. Then make sure that it is what you want by switching it to low beam and seeing if you still have power (you shouldn't).
If it were me, I would wire the +12V constant for the fogs up to a switch in the dash getting the power from an ignition switched source. The reason would be that if you are going to have fogs for the purpose of wanting to see better in heavy fog conditions or heavy rain/snow, you will see further if the fogs are on with the low beams than with the high beams.
If you really didn't want to have to wire anything inside, then I would use the park lamp circuit (not turn signal) which would turn on the fog lights whenever your park lights are on regardless of high or low beam usage.
Now for any of these circuits, you probably should run a relay to keep current draw from the trigger circuit to a minimum.

thank you sir
i have done little or now work of this type
but i bought hella 500's because they are (from what i have seen) rather high quality, and it says to run a wire from the 12+ on the high-beam, but that did not make much sense, (the directions are in hardly translated german so instead of saying ground wire it says earth wire) but how do i find the park light positive?

On the park wire, I would just use a test light to find the 12V constant at the connector to the park bulb (bulb that is not tied to the turn signals). If you don't have a test light, they are fairly cheap to purchase and are handy to have around.
Did the lights already come with a relay setup? If so, then just follow the directions for hooking them up, only for the +12V wire, connect it to the park circuit as we described.
