Tippman, please do not "attempt" to give educated advice without first having the education. There are plenty of experienced and certified 12 volt professionals here that can give correct responses to the pertaining questions....Im not trying to be rude, but you keep giving bad advice...

ya, since that pic i cut another one of the zip ties. It was just a direct swap from my alpine which had all the connections together.

and thats not the only reason comps are better. crossovers??? flexibility....and generally a better mid.

but to most people, that are not audioholics, probably could care less. which is why speakers are fine for them.
I dont see why everyone has to be like that when someone states their opinions.

as far as i know pat is the only pro here......so should he answer every single question or what?

I bet those eclpise coax's sound better than my JL comps.

*my box is bolted to the child seat hooks in the cargo area.*

If you do end up mounting it to the box I suggest using like a rubber grommet or similar on the 4 corners to absorb the shock.......I should get around to doing this.

hmmm, i see....you still have 2 sides of the box as well......and those flap things on the back of the seats.

you want to have some breathing room for them, they get hot!

yea i know they get hot but they shouldnt be too hot on the back of the seat i mean im not going to put the subs right against them so they should have plenty of breathing room

and its nice theres a good ground right there (under the seat), and all the wires pop out from under the back seat. It works out well, and it should look clean.
