Hello i have a 95 blazer that i bought and the radio doesnt work in it at all in the aspect i can turn it on i can change channels i just dont get any audio or not even static. I know i dont have a antenna but i put a cd in it and that doesnt even work. It is the delco original and i have heard that it might have an internal amp in it which if thats the case well problem solved i believe. I know on my 95 jeep the amp is underneat the rear seat and i have looked under there for mine in the blazer and none so any help would be great thank you and have a good day.

 

Are you sure there are speakers in the truck. Previous owner might have taken them with him.
If there are speakers, then you will need to remove the radio from the dash, leaving the plug installed, and back probe the speaker outputs to see if the radio is putting anything out.

 

i would just take a door panel off and remove the speaker if there is one and then plug in a known good speaker and see if you get sound. i have seem more often that not that the radio is good and the speakers are bad
