Default radio static when windows getting lowered

this isnt a big issue i was just hoping someone could shed light on it, when i control my power windows from atleast the drivers side, any window, the radio becomes static then when i stop lowering it, the static stops.

all connections in the back of the radio are tight from the harness to antenna adapter etc.

any suggestions would be great

the headunit I have is in my signature btw

There's more than likely a ground issue somewhere. Probably not with the HU itself but with the factory ground points in the cabin of the vehicle. I'm not certain where all the factory grounds are, but if you can find them and start checking them I'm fairly certain you'll find a loose or broken ground.

I had worked on one years ago that did that when the guy used his turn signals, brakes, etc. He lost one of the main grounds under the dash (bolt fell out) and everything was grounding through the ground connection from the antenna on the HU.

yea its weird too, its only when my trucks in park. like today i drove around and lowered all the windows one at a time and didnt do a thing. i got home and put it in park and it was only the passengers side front window that made it happen.
