Remove Tape Deck

Just bought a 99 Blazer. I replaced the stereo and would like to remove the tape deck in the console. Do they make any kind of blank plate that would fit in there? I really don't want to just take it out and have a empty spot there. Any suggestions on what would fit in there and look nice? Thanks.
