Should I?
Alright Well since im bored off my *** as usual. I've been debating Making my own sub.
Nothing big. I'll prolly just do a "mini" woofer like a 4" or 3" idk.
Think I should try it? It would mainly be just for fun not for bass. Plus I could do a writeup for it also if I decide to go through with it.
What do ya guys think?

I'm asking around on ROE for info needed and all.
This is just a project to help me relax cause idk stereos=relaxing

Find a round magnet, make a coil of wires slightly larger in diameter than the magnet, tinker with wire gage and number of turns to get near 2 or 4 ohms. Connect the coil to a cone in some kind of frame that will allow the cone to move back and forth, then put the magnet at the rear of the frame inside the coil, hook up the ends of the wires that make up the coil to a speaker output and you'll have a speaker. It might not sound great and it might not last very long, but you will have a speaker.
The simplest way to do this would be to find a very small magnet, maybe the size of a pencil eraser, then wrap a piece of paper around a dowel just larger than the magnet and wind wire around that in a coil about as tall as the magnet, paint over the coil with some varnish to adhere it to the paper and then slide the dowel out so you have a paper cylinder with a coil on one end. Put the magnet on a table or other flat surface, then slide the coil end of the cylinder over the magnet so that it stands upright. Hook up the coil to a speaker output and you should get a little bit of noise.

I'm gonna call my sponsor tomorrow and see if he has any spare parts from subs lying around.
If he has the right parts i might buy a burnt 12" and makes it an 18" with RE soft parts
