Yea what happened to me on the 4 door was the back door speakers was 5.x something. Not the 6.5. That is why when you look at the back door. You see the adapter ring and a metal piece. One more thing I had to do and not list. The back doors had a ring molded into the inside of the door panel. To direct the sound out. I had to cut that ring out. If I didn't it would push against the 6.5 cones. The other thing I ran into was the depth of the speaker. Thus that is why even on the front doors. I had to use a spacer. It worked out great. The speakers are almost right up again each door panel. But not touching. I didn't even bother putting in the foam gasket to direct the sound out.
