looking at getting these

i know for a fact they will fit but i wasnt sure if the trucks system could handle it since everything is still stock. would i have to get an amp to run everything? and according to crutchfield.com i cant fit any aftermarket recievers where the old radio is. is that true or is there a way to get one to fit?
